Resist and find grooming routines uncomfortable, eg, teeth brushing,
hair washing, nail & hair cutting

Avoid certain tastes and textures
•
Over or under-react to specific situations
•
Avoid or dislike messy play
•
Not like their feet leaving the ground or travelling in cars, up
escalators
or in lifts
•
Always have to be chewing on something e.g. ends of pencils, shirt
collars, sleeves etc.
•
Always spin and rock themself
•
Always be on the go!!
